Turkey is much more than Istanbul and Cappadocia. The Mediterranean country also has some of the best beaches in the region, and luxury fans are very much aware of that. To welcome the summer, Louis Vuitton opens a pop-up store at the highly exclusive Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, a lovely resort by the sea.

The new diaphanous, one-floor space is inspired by the sense of freedom of the summer holidays. The walls are transparent, similar to a fish tank, and the interior is inspired by traditional Portuguese tiles in white and blue. Inside the pop-up, hotel guests can find the By the Pool collection, a perfect fit for the hotter months that includes ready-to-wear breezy clothes, shoes, accessories such as hats and sunglasses, watches, and jewellery. Not only that, the pop-up’s porch is full of special items to enjoy the pool or the beach like sun loungers. The Maison is also taking over the Blue Beach, a private, calm space that is now equipped with decorative elements taken from Louis Vuitton’s Monogram that merge with the surrounding nature, as well as cushions, parasols, more sun loungers, and even a beach volley field.
