Next Saturday, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, will welcome Artbat, Joris Voorn, Jan Blomqvist and Henri Bergmann as Zamna Festival makes its long-awaited debut on the island. In collaboration with Wrapped Live and Beat Nation, the event will unfold at the spectacular Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín, promising a daytime gathering that positions the city firmly on the international electronic music map.
Few brands in the global circuit carry as much weight as Zamna. Born in Tulum and now established worldwide, the project has become a symbol of high-end production and curated electronic culture. From Mexico to Spain, their events are known for blending cutting-edge sound with striking visual design. Their recent stop in Valencia is testament to their ability to transform any location into a world-class dance floor, and Tenerife now stands as the next chapter in this ever-expanding story.
At the heart of it all are Artbat, the Ukrainian duo whose rise has been nothing short of meteoric. Their melodic house and techno sets have filled the biggest stages on the planet, including both the Mainstage and Freedom Stage at Tomorrowland earlier this summer. Known for fusing hypnotic energy with carefully crafted audiovisuals, they embody the spirit of Zamna.
Speaking to them, they tell us: “We are thrilled to be making our debut in Tenerife with Zamna. Having played Zamna events across the world, we know the brand always brings something truly special, and this first edition in the Canary Islands will be no exception. The scale of the production will be grand and we’re excited to be part of a moment that will set a new standard for electronic music on the islands. This will be a night to remember for Tenerife.”
The line-up also includes Berlin-based Jan Blomqvist, whose live-infused performances blur the lines between electronic and indie, and Dutch heavyweight Joris Voorn, a name synonymous with forward-thinking techno. Rising talent Henri Bergmann, the Zamna Soundsystem, and local artists Anabel Sigel and Alenderson complete the bill, balancing international acclaim with homegrown creativity.
The venue that will host the event, the Adán Martín Auditorium, is one of Tenerife’s most striking cultural landmarks. With its futuristic curves set against the Atlantic backdrop, it offers a setting as memorable as the music itself. From 2pm onwards, festival-goers will be immersed in a sonic and visual journey that merges the global language of electronic music with the unique energy of the Canary Islands.
