Not only have they just released their new single and music video Spin Me Like Your Records, but Pacific Avenue has also announced the release date of their debut album Flowers, which you can pre-save here. Set for May 5, the New South Wales (Australia)-based indie-rock quartet has confirmed to their followers the release date of their next project, a collection of songs they cannot wait to share with their audience, as they’ve said on their social media. Now they reveal a new sneak peek of their upcoming EP, a fun, upbeat track that we can all dance around to and have as a really nice moment in their live set for festivals.
“We got to a point where we thought we'd finished the album and had a listening party with our label, publisher and management, and while we loved it, we all thought it could use some straight-up and down classic rock songs,” explains the band when they are asked about the process until they find this single that is now released, Spin Me Like Your Records. “So, we wrote our last single, Leaving For London, another album track, Modern Lovers and finally this single, and I don't think the album would be the same without them. It's just another silly song about being hopelessly into someone."
