The festivities kick off on July 31 on the beautiful island of Ortigia, which sits off the eastern coast of Sicily. This all-encompassing Italian festival screams summer celebration, with every hour of the day filled to the brim. Local and national artists perform on the daytime stage at Lido, joined by daily boat parties hosting the best from across the globe, followed up by late night performances at the Epipole venue venue running until seven in the morning.
Ortigia Music 2025 brings together seasoned voices like Modeselektor and Elkka with more experimental and edgy artists DJ Stingray 313, Steffi x Virginia and Tatyana Jane. The programme also incorporates the community into the festival, as their daytime performance venue at Lido is co-curated by the local record store Malamore.
