Today he’s releasing his new single and music video, Everytime I Go To Bed, lifted from his forthcoming EP Emotions We Tell Ourselves It Is Not OK To Feel. Released via Headroom Records, this new track is a breakbeat ode to the consuming passion of being in love.
Everytime I Go To Bed comes after having released his 2021 EP What Will Be Left Of Us, a critically acclaimed work that received great support. The French producer and artist, who takes advantage of the internet to have a record of who he is, now reveals an addictive vocal refrain that embeds itself in the memory. His new track perfectly reflects how life is, with its unexpected ups and downs and their corresponding emotional changes. Even more so when it comes to love, one of the pillars of human emotion that can sometimes hurt us and generate many uncertainties.
“I like to explore the emotions that we often struggle to express in my music and try to find answers to the questions that I and my peers are asking,” says NICOLAS when asked about his new release, which comes along with a music video full of energy starring Celeesi and directed by Josha Eiffel. “In this track I capture the intensity and conflict of these feelings, creating a relatable and poignant track that speaks to the universal experience of loving and being loved,” he adds on the track turned into a sneak peek of everything that is to come in the next months.
