AVAION opens a new chapter in his career with the release of Need Me, the first glimpse of his forthcoming second album, To Make People Happy. The German producer, known for fusing melancholy with euphoria, places human connection at the centre of his music once again, turning an everyday moment on the streets of Berlin into the foundation for his most ambitious project to date.
The record takes its name from a candid voice note AVAION recorded when overhearing two strangers talk about why they do what they love. Their answer, “to make people happy,” now frames the essence of the entire album. Arriving in January 2026, the record follows his 2025 debut, Selfreflection, but pushes further in scope. Where his first album introduced his emotional language, the new one amplifies it, inspired by the raw electricity of his sold-out headline tour and shaped by the intensity of the dance floor. Those who pre-order can also access vinyl, CD editions, self-designed merch, and early entry to an exclusive Berlin show at Festsaal Kreuzberg, where AVAION will perform the record in full for the first time.
The release of Need Me caps a breakthrough year for the producer. After the viral success of Wacuka with Sofiya Nzau, he joined forces with Marshmello and Ellie Goulding on Save My Love and linked with Rani on Slowly, each collaboration broadening his palette without losing his distinctive signature. His You Are Seen European tour sold out across the continent, and his recent debut at London’s Xoyo confirmed his growing presence on the international stage.
