In less than a month the
Lighthouse Festival, held in Lanterna Peninsula, Porec (Croatia), will kick off its best edition to date. Having established themselves on the international scene in the last ten years having professionalized their project by establishing their own booking team, the festival takes place around a hotel and bungalow resort on a peninsula in the Adriatic coast featuring the whole palette from 4* hotel accommodation to charming and affordable bungalows. The project is designed to make us enjoy a multisensory experience in which music, enjoyment and well-being meet. It usually welcomes around six thousand guests, and this time a little bit more!
Dax J, Juliana Huxtable, Alcatraz, Gabrielle Kwarteng, Thor Rixon or Delasflores are just a very small sample of the more than one hundred and twenty confirmed artists in a stunning lineup that you can check out
here. We’ll enjoy their sound in over three permanent and more than a handful of pop-up stages, so there will be no moment for boredom. One of the main strengths of the
Lighthouse Festival, which held its edition in Johannesburg last February being a success, is their great offer of plans that complement the music and provide attendees with an experience to remember. Through recreational activities ranging from yoga to roller skating workshops, childcare and tennis, the festival, true to its motto “electronic music on vacation,” combines vacation with celebration.
In addition, LHF is very aware of the environmental impact and collaborates with host Valamar, an awarded ecological-thinking tourism company. This symbiosis between the resort's infrastructure and LHF's efforts ensures that the festival is heading towards a net-negative ecological footprint. And, as we already anticipated at the beginning of this article, you can adapt the experience to your needs and preferences. You can buy a ticket without accommodation on-site to give way for cheaper sleeping options, including the camping ground next to the festival entrance. See you in Croatia!
