Rainy Saturday on what is the last day of the festival. A pity because the rain affected the set of Paula Cendejas, one of the guests at the Not Just a DJ event in the Pull&Bear space at Primavera Sound, who could only play for a few minutes when the rain gave a brief respite. Nevertheless, the experience ended on a very positive note, judging by the number of people who came to the brand's Dream Valley, either to listen to the guest DJs or to get one of the pieces from the collection launched especially for the festival. On this last day, Sebastian Konrad, NiNa, and the aforementioned Paula Cendejas have performed here.

Do you DJ regularly?
I DJ regularly at home, in fact, almost daily. DJing gives me life and harmony. However, balancing music with other aspects of my professional life prevents me from sharing my work as a DJ as often as I would like. I am also quite picky when choosing dates and sets, but when an opportunity arises that attracts and interests me, I get ready to share an unforgettable set with the audience and try to convey what the music makes me feel.
How did you prepare the set?
This past week I’ve taken nine flights, and between flights, I’ve been preparing the set as best I could. These constant changes of place and people have been quite beneficial, as they have inspired me to put together a brief but intense set that conveys everything I want in that hour, without leaving anything out. I hope to create a harmonious and special set that combines my favorite genres to DJ: indie dance, electronic, and techno.
You are part of the Not Just a DJ team at Pull&Bear, what do you think you bring to the project?
I believe I bring multidisciplinarity, feminism, and confidence. For me, it is very important to break stigmas and labels to show that passions can be pursued, achieved, and balanced.

You had never DJed before...
This is going to be my first DJ set to date. I’ve wanted to do it for a while, and although I had several opportunities before, I didn’t have the time to prepare it, so it’s going to be super exciting.
How did you prepare for the session?
I got together with my friend Carla Clay to get some tips because she’s been doing it for years, and we had a lot of fun.
Tell us about your set.
My set represents me, featuring references that have inspired my projects, and also music that I listen to daily.
