Australian electronic duo Shouse have just unveiled their debut album Collective Ecstasy, a thirteen-track celebration of dance floor unity, now available via Hell Beach / Onelove. Known for their breakout hit Love Tonight, Shouse –comprised of Jack Madin and Ed Service– bring their trademark communal energy to a record that bridges house, pop, funk, and club sounds. With guest appearances from Cub Sport, Vance Joy, Habits, and more, the LP highlights the duo’s collaborative spirit and sonic versatility.
Built from studio sessions and remote collaborations during their time in Melbourne, Collective Ecstasy captures the emotional highs of shared musical experience. From the bold harmonies of opener Call My Name to the dreamy ballad Wherever You Are featuring Vance Joy, the album weaves between dance floor euphoria and introspective moments. Highlights include the string-laced anthem Believe In Us, the loved-up club track Only You with Cub Sport, and the Balearic-tinged Sunrise. Shouse’s ability to channel both joy and melancholy into expansive electronic arrangements defines the album’s emotional core.
To support the release, Shouse have announced an international tour beginning August 22 in Sydney, followed by dates in Brisbane, Melbourne, Dubai, Tallinn, Tbilisi, and Ibiza. A standout performance is set for Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on August 30, where the duo will present the album live in full for the first time. With Collective Ecstasy, Shouse move beyond viral success into a fully realised artistic statement — an album shaped by community, crafted for connection, and ready to soundtrack moments of collective joy around the globe.
