As Cardiff gears up for the first concert of the Gallagher brothers since they split up in 2009, news surrounding the British musicians keeps popping up. Now it’s the turn of Levi’s, a brand they have a long-standing relationship with. Today, they announced the release of a new collaborative collection with Oasis, consisting of several vintage-inspired t-shirts, a collared shirt, a jacket, and a parka.
The world stopped when Liam and Noel Gallagher announced they had buried the hatchet and were coming back together after over a decade. After re-defining ’90s Britpop with albums like Definitely Maybe (1994) and (What’s the Story) Morning Glory (1995), and touring the world for years, .their complex relationship ended on a bad note in 2009. But now they’re back — and people lost their shit. Their 2025 tour will kick off on July 4th in Cardiff and will continue on until November through all of the UK, Ireland, Canada, the United States, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
Before this frenzy unleashes, and while they’ve been rehearsing, the band has had time to work on a collab collection with Levi’s, a brand they’ve been known for since they came onto the scene, and that they’ve worn onstage on countless occasions. Their new drop focuses mainly on band t-shirts, which feature the Oasis logo. Some of them even pay homage to their songs, like one featuring the word ‘Supersonic’ on the front and the lyrics “You can have it all but how much do you want it?” on the back. Other standout pieces include the denim parka, a staple in Liam’s wardrobe, and the Levi’s x Oasis Type II jacket.
