Hugo is breaking the mould –quite literally– launching a fully 3D-printed loafer in collaboration with Zellerfeld. They’re making us forget everything we know about classic footwear; the Hugo Forward x Zellerfeld loafer shifts traditional craftsmanship into the digital age.
Crafted with sharp lines and architectural precision, this new model marries timeless sophistication with groundbreaking tech. Each pair is custom-printed from a single recyclable material at Zellerfeld’s futuristic Hamburg factory, available in five shades, from understated beige and black to bold red, orange, and blue. But it’s not just aesthetics: the sole features a digitally remastered crepe-inspired texture, nodding to classic footwear heritage while stepping firmly into a new era for the loafers lovers.
What truly sets this loafer apart? A game-changing closure system: entirely seamless, glue-free, and printed directly into the shoe, as well as the use of Zellerfeld’s innovative foot-scanning tech, which makes each model custom-crafted to perfectly match your unique footprint, improving fit with every order.
Debuting alongside Taiwanese brand Namesake at Paris Fashion Week, and later styled with street-ready looks from Hugo’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection joining modern tailoring. Available exclusively on demand at Zellerfeld.com and showcased at select Hugo stores in Amsterdam and Milan.
