For almost a decade, the Berlin-based fashion label and art collective UY Studio has not stopped working to make fashion a second skin with which each of us can express and free ourselves. Turning their clothes into communication tools with which to address issues such as gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, place of origin, size, age, or nonconformity with beauty standards. The project undertaken by Fanny and Idan questions everything we take for granted and continues to break barriers. And now they open their doors to a second shop in Berlin Mitte until December 31!
“It's a challenge, as we have to surprise people, and to prove that our say is strong enough without following the latest fashion trends,” said the creative tandem at the head of the brand the last time we spoke to them when we asked them about the independent path they had chosen. A course in which there is no place for trends or restrictive categories, instead welcoming everyone and respecting the identity of each individual. An identity that they seek to enhance through fashion, making us feel comfortable with the clothes we wear.

Having launched their Fall collection's third drop, now available online and in-store, they have just announced a new pop-up store in Berlin Mitte open from October until the end of the year. A new space where we can get to know the DNA of the brand, try on its spectacular pieces and celebrate diversity and plurality. And design, always along with sustainability and the best materials, of course.
