There’s no better place to kick off fashion week season than New York City. As vibrant and magnetic as ever, it has served as the cinematic backdrop for countless fashion shows and presentations, fabulous afterparties, hectic productions, meetings, and serendipitous encounters. If NYC isn’t already bustling enough, it becomes even more frenetic when fashion insiders from around the world descend upon the city for NYFW. For the Spring/Summer 2024 season, we invited photographer Harry Miller to capture the essence of it all – the moments in between shows, behind the scenes, and backstage.

Here’s a visual diary of a true Fashion Week, showcasing everything from models off duty and daring street styles to the anxiety-inducing minutes before a runway presentation and the quieter, non-fashion-folk who contribute to what makes New York so unique.
