Looking like a mix between the works of Surrealist painters René Magritte and Leonora Carrington, Louis Vuitton’s new campaign features models like rising star Ottawa Kwami and actor Michael Ward. Dressed in some of Virgil Abloh’s reinterpretations of a classic suit – with dramatic ruffles, in vibrant colours like hot pink, or with the already iconic cloud print –, the models represent a sort of coming-of-age between boyhood and adulthood, an idea that the Creative Director has been developing since he took the reigns of the French Maison.
