Prepare to be transported to the golden era of Hollywood as Ferragamo, under the creative direction of Maximilian Davis, introduces their Pre-Fall 2023 collection. This cinematic-inspired line takes centre stage in a campaign lensed by the talented photographer and filmmaker, Tyler Mitchell. With a fresh perspective and an infusion of contemporary sophistication, Ferragamo’s latest collection pays homage to Salvatore Ferragamo’s iconic film-to-fashion adaptations.

The campaign captures the essence of Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2023 collection, which draws inspiration from the silver screen and reimagines it for the modern age. Aptly titled A Fresh Perspective, the campaign offers a visually stunning display of the brand’s unconventional refinement. Filmed against the backdrop of a sleek architectural structure, models dressed in Davis’ creations gracefully adorn the concrete surfaces, while panoramic views of rolling valleys frame the scene.

Maximilian Davis infuses the collection with his signature touch, elevating the cowboy aesthetic to new heights by adding a contemporary allure to it. Tailored flannels and denim garments take centre stage, while Davis’ masterful use of bold colours and bronze metallics are captured in softly panning frames within the campaign’s theatrical storyboard.

Maximilian Davis and Tyler Mitchell, longtime collaborators, come together once again to bring this campaign to life. Davis expressed his admiration for Mitchell, stating, “Tyler is someone I’ve grown up with; we’re part of the same community and have always discussed working together.” Mitchell's effortless ability to capture people with simplicity and elegance shines through in this collaboration, providing a laid-back clarity that perfectly complements Ferragamo’s aesthetic.
