The Wild West acts as a dramatic backdrop for Carhartt WIP's latest Spring/Summer 2023 campaign shot by Spanish photographer Javier Ruiz. Titled Frontier, the images are set in a stunning landscape of arid lands, cliffs and canyons. The location, Bardenas Reales (Spain) brings this Wild West theme to life, and yet it is still a contemporary take on a much-revisited concept.
The backdrop brings a touch of adventure to the collection, which focuses on garments with workwear and denim-inspired silhouettes that are rugged and heavy, such as the Saledo jacket, Wide Panel trousers and Coba Stripe shirt. With pleated back details accentuating the loose, wide fit and embroidery, perfect for the modern adventurer who wants a combination of fashion and function.
