From a reimagining of the heritage brand’s synonymous Equestrian Knight logo to the swathes of classical Haymarket check which painted its Fall/Winter 2023 Ready-to-Wear runway, Daniel Lee is steadily working to put his own stamp on Burberry. This latest campaign, featuring British rapper Kano, shot by Tyrone Lebon in an effortless display of pizzazz meets traditional classicism, is no different.

Kano, who follows in the footsteps of quintessentially British stars including, Skepta, Shygirl, Lennon Gallagher and Georgia May Jagger, is captured dressed in a beige trench coat and black turtleneck, peering down from an East Ham Street sign or navigating the sidewalks of London. Whilst a strikingly minimalist black-and-white shot of the rapper is lit up by an electrifyingly blue Equestrian Knight emblem.
