Last week we travelled to Berlin to attend a new edition of its exciting fashion week, which we have been covering non-stop in METAL in its last calls. We are still processing the incredible collections we’ve been lucky enough to see in person, showcased in unique locations throughout the city which, of course, we will talk about in a few days, highlighting those projects that have most caught our attention. But in the meantime, we want to share with you a wonderful photo gallery by the German-based photographer Mateo Navarro, who has perfectly captured the essence of Berlin's street style.

Together with the aforementioned locations of most of the fashion shows, ranging from museums to gardens, factories or churches, it’s the community that is part of the fashion scene in Berlin that makes this city an epitome of creativity, innovation, and self-expression. Just have a look at the photos we’re presenting now, shot by Mateo Navarro exclusively for METAL, and you’ll realise that identity is one of the greatest strengths of this event that attracts design lovers, national and international specialised press, and very interesting profiles who are looking forward to seeing the latest collections and projects.

From the very devoted audience that we saw at the Namilia show, a New York-born brand that takes part in Berlin Fashion Week and that can pride itself on having one of the most loyal and diverse communities, to the stunning looks that we saw among those attending the SF1OG fashion show, one of the labels that creates a big buzz every season. We will talk about the collections in more detail in a few days, stay tuned!
