If you hear Cecilie Bahnsen’s name and doesn’t ring a bell, pay close attention because she’s about to become a sensation. A finalist of last year’s LVMH Prize and awarded the Dansk Design Talent Award in 2016, the Danish emerging designer is on the rise thanks to her simple and feminine silhouettes, her meticulous attention to detail, and the richness of the fabrics she uses. Today, we present a shooting by David PD Hyde and Emanuela Ippolito depicting her latest collection combined with mainly transparent objects that give us the feeling of being in a surreal universe with no gravity or logic rules.
