After releasing the music video for Rush, the first time she was inspired by Bollywood choreography, she now comes out with the sultry Secret featuring rapper Vince Staples, further exploring this side of herself. The video is actually influenced by 2000s pop sonically but the visuals, directed by Raveena herself, offer access to Asha, the character she has created for her upcoming album titled Asha's Awakening, which will be released February 11.
Asha is, in Raveena's own words “a Punjabi space princess who is transported to a distant planet and learns highly advanced spiritual intelligence from the beings that live there,” and it is a homage to her heritage as a first-generation descendant of genocide survivours and Reiki healers. She has stated that the album isn't that far off from her previous release, Lucid from 2019, as they're both planets that reside in the same galaxy.

In Secret Raveena dances and suspends herself with aerial skills in a golden room and it has more of a philosophical meaning. She explains that the songs is about a “love that traverses through different dimensions. People on Earth are starting to have sensual dreams ignited in them by a space princess – someone they feel like their body knows, but whom they also do not know and cannot reach in this dimension. What if your lover was enticing you from space and you couldn’t reach them in this realm?,” playing with the concept of having a potential lover from a different dimension.
