Leaning into a bold vocal sample that carries the energy from start to finish, Sensu's latest release, All I See, signals a bold evolution in her sound. The Swiss-born, London-based producer and live artist joins Headroom Records with her new single, a liberating club anthem built for peak-time dancefloors that blends elements of garage, D&B, and vocal-led electronica. The track arrives ahead of her second EP, due later this year, a project shaped by a period of creative rediscovery. This is the beginning of a new era in Sensu's artistic career.
“I wanted to create something carefree for clubs and festivals,” Sensu explains. "At the time, I had just started DJing and learning how to read a crowd. This song is about that moment, letting go, not overthinking, and just moving," she adds when we ask her about her latest release, which originally started two years ago, and it's the oldest track on her upcoming EP. “This new chapter is about trusting myself and doing what feels right in the moment. It's about cutting free.”
Since releasing her album Embrace six years ago, the artist has not stopped working to find her sound by channelling her concerns and feelings through sound. Known for blending breakbeat grooves with emotional storytelling, Sensu here shifts gears, embracing spontaneity, instinct, and freedom. After feeling restricted for some time, she returned to music with one simple goal: to reclaim joy. And that's precisely what she does with All I See, which sets the tone for where she's headed musically.
