Louis Vuitton Taps Gong Yoo as Maison Ambassador
A Human Embodiment of the Maison

South Korean actor Gong Yoo is Louis Vuitton’s latest ambassador. The actor’s prolific career speaks for itself. From roles in TV dramas like Coffee Prince to nail-biting thrillers like Squid Game and Train to Busan, he clearly demonstrates his simultaneous versatility and precision. Indeed, Gong Yoo's commitment to excellence and innovation in each scene “exemplifies the spirit of Louis Vuitton.”
The actor further embodies the Maison’s mission in his dedication to philanthropy. His efforts to raise awareness about environmental and mental health issues resonate strongly with Louis Vuitton’s own initiatives, including Life 360 — a set of four sustainability objectives — and the Heart Fund — a program that provides financial and psychological support to employees during emergencies.
The Maison ambassador role is only the next step in the long-standing relationship; Gong Yoo attended the opening of Louis Vuitton Seoul and was the face of the LV Tambour Horizon Watch. In this new position, he will continue to bring his style, sphere of influence, and human touch to a variety of new projects.
