For Loro Piana, style is tied to moments, experiences and sensations: what garments represent, how they make us feel and why certain pieces belong to specific occasions. The Holiday 2026 Collection moves from day to night, bringing comfort and elegance together across a series of winter looks.
The brand’s identity is rooted in Italy’s Piedmont region, where the family began trading wool in the early nineteenth century. That history continues to shape the house through its close relationship with nature, textile expertise and focus on material quality. Today, its Italian heritage is expressed through precise craftsmanship and pieces designed to endure beyond a single season.
Set against the snow-covered mountains of Colorado, Dunton Hot Springs provides the backdrop for the campaign. Wooden chalets and open winter landscapes frame a collection centred on warmth, comfort and restrained elegance. Photographed by Annemarieke Van Drimmelen and featuring models Ida Heiner, Dana Smith, Long Li and Just Verhoeff, the campaign moves between expansive alpine landscapes and the intimacy of wooden chalets. The images place the collection within the contrasts of the season: open snowfields and sheltered interiors, technical protection and tactile comfort.
Accessories carry much of the collection’s character. Hats, scarves and gloves serve a practical purpose while extending its visual language through varied shapes, colours, textures and construction. Printed scarves introduce distinctive patterns, turning familiar winter essentials into focal points within each look.
For women, earthy browns, deep pine greens and Loro Piana’s signature Tundra green are balanced by winter whites and touches of marigold. Soft, enveloping silhouettes meet rich textures, intricate stitching and graphic patterns. Tartan and paisley motifs are reworked with an emphasis on comfort. The Tony Vest, Valerie Shirt and Aisha Skirt show the dimensional quality of the Paisley set, while the Spagna Jacket and Konny Vest highlight fine needlework in Melton Cash. Outerwear ranges from the checked Yeats Coat to the Villon Coat in shearling. The Trevis Bomber in Baby Cash Double, distinguished by bold cable-knit details, is paired with knitted cashmere trousers and an embroidered Baby Cashmere turtleneck.
Paisley appears again in the Aurelia Paisley Velvet Vest in shearling, where fabric and tactile finish give the motif greater depth. Soft jersey and textured knitwear form the collection’s everyday foundation, with embroidery and delicate stitching adding detail. For evening, the sculptural Mijoux Dress is paired with the Chavanette High Boot in Capra Cashmere Shearling.
The menswear offering focuses on warmth and mountain dressing. Substantial fabrics, padded outerwear and knitwear create a winter wardrobe intended to move between the slopes and everyday life.
Cashmere, bespoke blends, tweed and shearling add depth and softness, while paisley brings pattern to classic winter pieces. A bomber jacket and wrap coat balance practicality with considered design. Knitwear, curly fleece and soft jersey draw on a vintage alpine mood, while the Icer Field Jacket and technical Zermatt Parka add protection for colder conditions.
