Rolling green hills, calm, glassy lochs and centuries-old castles complement the subtlety toned garments in Loro Piana’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection. The Italian House’s garments encompass all that is the Scottish highlands—dramatic yet natural beauty.
The collection features creamy cashmere, solid linen, and floral patterns. An array of colours is woven through the garments, but the primary pallet includes classic neutrals, beige, brown, black, and hunter green. Donned The Heritage collection, the campaign taps into Loro Piana’s connection to the thistle flower, or fiore di cardo, that is native to this region and serves as the House’s signature icon. The plant symbolises devotion, bravery, and strength, all characteristics that represent Loro Piana’s dedication to quality clothing.
Some unique pieces from the collection include cheviot wool trousers, cashmere three-quarter button ups, thick knit sweaters, kidskin overshirts, calfskin ballet flats, wool jumpers and brass accessories. Not to mention, the luxury House takes a twist on the classic Scotch tartan, with a light pink and brown plaid set in the women’s collection for the campaign.
Captured by Italian-American photographer, Marion Sorrenti, against the backdrop of open fields and an 18th-century castle, the campaign showcases the pristine wear of Piana’s latest work.
