Laughter and smiles. A movement, a sentence frozen in a photograph taken in the moment. What looks like a fun day on set is actually a reminder of what matters most today: strength, solidarity, and appreciation for the things we often take for granted. Since Sarah Burton’s move to Givenchy as Creative Director, the fashion world has been waiting with bated breath — for the first collection, the first images, the first press notes and Instagram posts. Waiting for every glimpse of what the future of the Maison might hold. And now it is here. A future defined by positive energy and empowerment, embodied in the newly released Fall/Winter 2025 campaign.
The images bring together some of the industry’s most celebrated faces – Eva Herzigova, Adut Akech, Kaia Gerber, Liu Wen, and Nyaduola Gabriel – alongside the creative minds behind the project: stylist Camilla Nickerson, makeup artist Lucia Pieroni, and photographer Collier Schorr, who sets her camera aside to step into the frame herself, leaning casually next to Vittoria Ceretti as if they had been friends forever.
Each look, in turn, channels the unique energy and spirit of its wearer: Ceretti in the now-iconic rose-coloured dress embroidered with makeup compacts, while Emeline Hoareau glances over her shoulder with the fierce eyes of a warrior princess in square-toe boots and a sculptural mesh skirt. These are the women who inspire Burton: women who turn ideas into reality, who support and uplift one another, and who deserve to be seen. We love to see them talk and to see them smile. We love to see them work and, above all, we love to see them standing together.
