Circulation(s), the Festival of Young European Photography premieres this year on March 13, with an eleventh edition dedicated to the emerging photographers in the continent and the exhibition of almost thirty projects, from thirty-three artists coming from a dozen of different countries, nothing less. Following its annual tradition, the festival is celebrated at the Centquatre-Paris and other satellite locations across France and abroad.
