Founded in 2022 by designer Lee Sian, also known for her earlier success with Jarret, the label has quickly distinguished itself as a house of experimental minimalism, offering a refreshing counterpoint to the exuberance that often defines Korea’s fashion scene.
Since its inception, Ceeann has positioned itself at the crossroads of contrasts. For S/S 2026, that ethos was sharpened: masculine/feminine, minimalism/ornament, past/future. Lee Sian’s designs reject the tumult of trends, instead offering garments that are both timeless and forward-looking. Tailoring took centre stage in this collection: jackets cut with architectural precision were paired with fluid trousers, while crisp shirts softened their formality with subtle shaping. Knee-length dresses, layered thoughtfully over flared or straight-leg trousers, echoed the brand’s portrayal of duality: a seamless blend of masculine and feminine codes, rigidity and fluidity.
The colour palette was anchored in black, white, and shades of bone, a deliberate restraint that heightened attention to form, cut, and proportion. Pops of colour appeared in burgundy and dark navy, while textured windowpane checks in black and white lent structured yet effortless sophistication to select pieces. Styling added playful touches to an otherwise minimalist-coded collection: loosely knotted ties accented with golden or silver brooches, open jackets or unconventionally fastened cardigans, and fishnet jumpers layered over tie-and-shirt sets.
Though still a young brand, Ceeann is steadily reaffirming its identity: disciplined minimalism with subtle complexity.
