It’s party time! Going out is fun, but there are many factors to take into account before heading to the club — one of them is, of course, looking fabulous. Intrinsically linked to club culture, Diesel knows a thing or two about having the perfect wardrobe for your wild nights out, and proves it again with a new capsule collection, Diesel Remaster, under the creative direction of Glenn Martens.
Gracing the campaign, we find fifteen DJs handpicked by NTS, the renowned radio platform, including the likes of METAL 51 cover star LSDXOXO, Slim Soledad, Charisse C, Venetta, Hao, Nebbieri, Dove, Rabz Lansiquot, Introspekt, and Physical Therapy, among others. They’ve all modelled the collection, lensed by Sophie Jones, consisting of core pieces like mini skirts, dresses, sleeveless tops, sweatshirts, denim, and accessories like the Trini-D-Y sunglasses or the new versions of the Play bag, all of them inspired by graphics found on vintage and collectible concert merchandise.
With music as such a strong pillar of the collection, Diesel Remaster couldn’t remain only within the retail space. For that reason, the Italian brand has organised a series of parties around the world to celebrate the new drop. It’ll start in Shanghai, China, on the 12th of April, with a massive eight-hour music festival featuring eight different artists. Then, on the 15th, they’re taking this underground spirit to Japan — Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, with exclusive parties at local clubs.
