After talking with him about his body of work not so long ago, Alexan Sarikamichian has just released another dreamy video, titled Bring Me Down. In this case, though, the story focuses less on his characteristic careless and free protagonists, but instead, it revolves around a melancholic girl who must overcome a tough heartbreak. Thanks to her magical friends, whose outfits and overall vibe transport us into both Sofia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides and to Florence Welch’s house, she goes through all the pain, the good and the bad memories, and the unforgettable moments she lived with what she considered to be her eternal lover at some point. A film full of melancholy, female empowerment, romance, drama, magic, and feelings that overwhelm anyone who has ever had a broken heart.
